BOOKING BY SEATS

  • There is not a minimum amount of divers. You can book even 1.

  • You can add more divers later if you increse your booking (if more seats are available).

  • This is the most flexible option.

BOOKING A FULL BOAT

When booking for a FULL BOAT, this means this is a private boat for you.

 

There are several reasons to book a FULL BOAT:​

  • You or your clients wish a private boat.

  • You wish a different kind of trip than the standard one, maybe to a different place or maybe a different scheduling. Note that navigating further can have an additional cost.

  • You have more than 8 clients and booking a FULL BOAT is cheaper than by seats.

HOW TO BOOK​​

Read this article to learn how to use the booking options.

GUIDES - OPTION 1

YOU SEND YOUR DIVING GUIDE

  • Use this option, if you have a fixed day each week for a trip to Cabrera or if you want to stay in touch with your clients all the time, e.g. usual clients or a group that’s diving with you for several days.

  • You can bring 1 Guide with no additional cost.

  • Your Guide must be well experienced in managing diving groups. Please don’t send  Guides with low level of performance.

  • If your Guide is new in Cabrera spots, please telll us when booking and we’ll explain him/her this day about the diving spots.

GUIDES - OPTION 2

YOU DON'T SEND YOUR GUIDE

  • Use this option when you don’t have enough clients to send your Guide with them, or your Guide is not available. Don’t lose sales for this reason.

  • Our Guide will be assigned to your customers and take care of them during all the trip.

  • All the divers you assign to our guide must be 16 years old or more. They must be confident with their diving skills. Advanced level is recommended.

  • Our Guide (for free) is not exclusive for your divers. Maybe there are more divers from another Dive Center assigned to our Guide this day. You can book a private Guide instead (extra cost) when booking. See more information in OPTION 3.

GUIDES - OPTION 3

PRIVATE GUIDE

  • Use this option when you want a private Guide from us for your clients. This has an extra cost.​

  • The maximum recommended divers assigned to a diving Guide are 4 buddy teams, this is 8 divers.

  • Private Guide is not possible in snorkeling trips.

  • When you sign for a private Guide, you can include in this group:

    • Divers with low experience.

    • Open Water Divers.

    • Divers younger that 16 years old.

    • All the divers in the group must have a similar level or in case they have very different levels, they must be informed that this is a group with different levels.

    • This is a frequently used option for families with sons and daughters, well apreciated for the parents.

GUIDE COMBINATIONS A

OPTION 1 + OPTION 3

  • You can select at the same time options 1 and 3.

  • This means that your Guide is assigned to some divers and our Guide to the rest upon your criteria.

  • This is a useful option when you have some divers with high level and some ones with low level and you prefer to separate the group. Or if you are teaching an advanced course (e.g. deep dive) and there's a diver 12 years old that don't participate in the course.

GUIDE COMBINATIONS B

OPTION 2 + OPTION 3

  • You can select at the same time options 2 and 3.

  • This means that we bring 2 Guides from us. One is assigned to some divers and the other one, to the rest upon your criteria.

  • Is the same situation than the previous option 1 + 3, but with our Guides.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICES​

  • All the boat expenses

  • Cabrera taxes and spots reservation

  • All the local taxes, such as IVA

  • Captain

  • Diving or Snorkeling Guide

  • Snorkeling equipment for free (must be ordered when booking).

  • Drinking water

  • Weights and Belt

BOATS EQUIPMENT​

  • Sunshade area

  • Fresh water shower

  • Fridge with ice where you can store your own drinks

  • Oxigen supply equipment and first aid kit

  • All the safety material required.

NON DIVERS IN DIVING TRIPS

You can book for non divers in the diving trips. Take into account:

  • The Captain is in the boat and can help them in what they need.

  • They can swim or snorkeling while the divers are diving.

  • Kids younger than 11 years old, must be with an adult. The Captain can’t take care of them because he must help the divers and take care of the boat. Some conditions may requiere a lot of attention for the Captain.

CANCELATIONS

If you need to cancel some divers or a trip​, please do it as soon as possible. If the cancelation is done 24 hours before the departure, we'll not apply any payment. In case of full boat (private boat) the cancelation must be done 48 hours in advance. If not, 100% of the booking must be paid. We strongly recommend that you book only confirmed reservations to avoid problems with the clients.

If bad weather o any conditions force us to cancel the trip, no payment must be done. Do not worry about the weather, we'll cancel as soon as the bad conditions are confirmed and you must not pay anything.

Light rain and short summer storms are not conditions to cancel a trip. Bad weather is considered when the conditions put in risk he safety of the boat or the diving activity. Also when the comfort of the clients and staff is highly reduced. The same rain or wind has a different effect in winter than in summer and we take this into account. Usually bad weather means:

​

  • Strong rain for long periods.

  • Beaufort Force 3 or more in the diving spot.

  • Beaufort Force 7 or more in the way.
